Been here many times over the years. Its getting very dated, with beter choices around. Notably their sister hotel in Richardsbay which is highly recommended.

The bed its so hard.my room doesn't have a remote for the air con.i did call the reception they said i must use manual. So had to clib up using a a chair.

Honestly wasn't satisfied at all! My room wasn't prepared properly, the curtains had stains on them, in the fridge I found an open bottle still water that wasn't mine. And the food was a 1/10 from starters to the main!
Truly disappointing since I had higher expectations.

I had the most restless night at this place.

1. There's a brown door in between the room I was in, I could hear everything happening in the next guest room, including the music they were playing at 1am while trying to sleep.

The noise on the passages after 10pm was shocking, someone also tried to open the door to my room while I was fighting to catch a goodnight sleep.

I had also ordered a breakfast pack the previous day however I was given a meal I didn't order.

The place is filthy, not pleased at all with the uncleanliness. Curtains are dirty, the base covers are black and very dirty. The mat on the floor is dirty, you can't walk without shoes. Door to the bathroom is dirty so is the shower door. Even the entrance door to reception, I wasn't impressed from outside. Staff is really nice shame, I can never come back here at all.
