The hotel offers guests a complimentary shuttle service in and around the city, as well as to and from Bloemfontein Airport, just 10 kilometres away.
The hotel offers 115 spacious and comfortable en-suite rooms, ranging from standard rooms to spacious suites, and can accommodate up to 230 guests. Each room features unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar fridges, electronic safes, ergonomic desks with multiple plug points, and flat-screen televisions. Six conference rooms can accommodate up to 420 delegates and provide modern, open spaces for gala dinners, car or product launches, trade shows, workshops and weddings. The Courtroom Restaurant is open daily for breakfast and dinner. Famous for our full English breakfast, buffet dinners, and Sunday lunch, we also provide a grab-and-go breakfast option for early risers.

No one to pick me at airport yet I asked for the shuttle service. 4 phone calls and nearly 50 minutes standing at airport I was picked. I came booked in and ordered food and at the bar 2 double whiskeys to be sent to my room. Again nsarly an hour. Then only 1 whiskey was sent. I sentt it back.... then instead of poring another whiskey they added a double to the glass i showered in Ice Cold water as the hot water was not working. I just woke up now 5:45am and wanted to shower NO DAMN HOT WATER. After I called THE RECEPTIONIST SUDDENLY THEREBIS HOT WATER. THIS IS A MOST HORRIBLE EXPENSIVE EXERCISE AND I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING GOOD ABOIT BON HOTEL BLOEMFONTEIN
I slept very well, I can't complain. In 2026 in terms of entertainment, you need to move with the times. NETFLIX and YouTube should be whats in your rooms, not the 7 DSTv channels that are currently on offer
